The aim of these personal data protection guidelines (further referred to as "personal data protection guidelines") is to inform you about our procedure regarding collecting and using your data, which you are going to share with us via our website https://www.freevision.co/ (further reffered to as "website"). Please, read these Personal data protection guidelines carefully!

  1. These Personal data protection guidelines were last updated on October 15, 2020. From time to time we are going to change the Personal data protection guidelines (mainly in line with changes in the legal regulations). We will inform you about all the changes in the Personal data protection guidelines. The current version can be found on our website freevision.co.

  2. We process your personal data with appropriate care corresponding to all the legal regulations including the new 2016/679 regulation of the European Parliament and - the general regulation concerning data protection (further referred to as “GDPR”).

  3. Personal data protection guidelines apply exclusively to personal data processing that we perform ourselves. These Personal data protection guidelines do not apply to personal data protection policies of third parties, for which we do not take responsibility.

  4. We do not consciously process or request information from people younger than 16 years of age. If we find out that data has been provided by a person younger than 16, without the consent of their parents or legal guardians, it will be deleted.

1. Who processes your personal data?

  1. Your personal data is processed by our company freevision s. r. o. registered office Dunajská 8, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovak republic, Business ID: 46 792 511 (further referred to as “operator” “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. What personal data do we process?

We can collect the following types of data about you:

  1. Personal data

    We can collect and process your name and surname, email address, phone number, the name of the company you work for, and other data that you voluntarily provide us with while using our website.

  2. Technical information

    We and/or our external service providers can automatically collect technical data during your visit or interaction with our website. Technical data can include mainly the URL of websites you visited before visiting our website, date and time of user visits, behaviour when viewing websites, IP address, search engine name, name of the computer or device you use to access the website, time spent on the website, and similar technical information. In a limited number of cases it is possible to use the technical data to identify you as an individual, which makes them personal data according to legal regulations, however, we never use technical data for your identification as an individual.

    1. What are cookies?

      1. In order for our website to work properly, we sometimes save small data files called cookies, or similar technologies, into your device.

      2. A cookie is a small text file saved into your device by a website during your visit. Temporary cookie files (session based cookies) are only saved while the search engine is open and will be removed automatically once it is closed. Permanent cookies last until you or your search engine remove them, or they expire.

    2. What types of cookies do we use?

      1. We use permanent analytical cookie files from third parties, specifically Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics that allow us for example to identify and count the number of users and be aware of their behaviour when using our website, thanks to which we can improve its function.

      2. We can also use third party permanent marketing cookies for clear identification of your search engine and internet device, which allows our service providers to find out what you're interested in and offer you personalized content. These cookies also allow some companies to show you personalized ads on some websites.

    3. How to set up cookies?

      1. During your first visit of the website we will inform you about the use of cookies and might also ask for your consent. Cookie files will not be used for any other purposes than those listed above. You can later accept or reject cookies in settings.

      2. As mentioned above, we may in some cases use third party (service providers) cookies. A list of third parties that you will encounter while using our website can be found below. We do not take responsibility for third party websites and their privacy policies. These companies collect and process data according to their own Personal data protection guidelines.

3. What is the aim and legal ground for processing your personal data?

  1. We process your personal data in order to:

    1. Inform you about our services promoted by our website. A catalog of our services (creating web and mobile applications) can be found on our website. If you decide to contact us about your potential use of our services, you will provide us with data, which will be processed according to these Personal data protection guidelines. Based on the provided data we may contact you and inform you about our services, in which you may be interested. This sort of personal data processing mainly serves for the following processing activities:

      1. communication concerning the services offered on our website (based on your input),

      2. preparing an offer on your request based on the data you provided,

      3. concluding a contract, including pre-contractual relations concerning our services,

      4. keeping registry of our (potential) clients,

      5. informing you about changes made to these Personal data protection guidelines.

For this purpose we process the following personal data, provided voluntarily by you: your name, surname, email address, phone number, name of the company you work for, and other data that you voluntarily provide while using our website. The legal grounds for this processing are: pre-contractual relations based on application according to article 6 paragraph 1 bullet b) of GDPR.

4. Who are the recipients of your personal data?

  1. We only share your personal data within the operator's organization.

  2. We do not share your personal data with any recipient outside of the operator's organization and the group of companies in which the operator belongs, excluding the cases when one of the following circumstances applies:

    1. Sharing is necessary in order to perform our duty. If our external co-operators (subcontractors) require access to your personal data in order to help us present our services; appropriate technical, contractual, and organizational measures have been implemented to ensure that your personal data is processed in line with legal regulations. A list of our subcontractors can be found below.

    2. Pipedrive CR (Pipedrive OÜ), the list of our subcontractors may change from time to time, if we change or remove any of the abovementioned subcontractors and/or engage others to collaborate on our website.

    3. Sharing is necessary for legal reasons. We may share your personal data with other recipients, if we believe that their access to your personal data is necessary in order to: (i) perform our duty based on legal regulations and/or court decisions, (ii) identify or prevent fraud, security or technical problems, (iii) protect our interests, possessions, or security, or to protect the interests, possessions, or security of our users or the public, however, only in accordance to legal regulations. If possible, we will inform you about such sharing.

5. Transfer of your personal data to countries outside EU/EEA?

  1. The operator may transfer your personal data to countries outside of the European Union and The European Economic Area, where we collaborate with external service providers. In that case we only transfer your personal data to countries that are regarded as countries with an appropriate level of personal data protection according to the European Commission policy, or those who have implemented appropriate measures in order to protect your personal data, including standard contract clauses, or binding internal company regulations. Regardless of the country in which your personal data is processed, we take appropriate technical, legal and organizational measures to ensure the same level of security as in the European Union and European Economic Area.   2. In the event of company merge, acquisition, or another form of reorganization, your data may be transferred as a result thereof. We will inform you if such situation occurs (for example via your email address) and will explain your possibilities.

6. For how long do we store your personal data?

  1. We only archive your personal data if it's legal and necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Unless the deletion of your data is prohibited by legal regulations, or we need it in accordance with our legitimate business interest (e. g. fraud prevention and increasing user security and protection), your data will be deleted one year after our cooperation ends.

7. What are your rights?

  1. The right to rectification You have the right to correct inaccurate personal data that concerns you.

  2. The right to access We offer you access to your personal data that we process. That means that you may contact us and ask for a confirmation whether your personal data is processed or not. If it is, you have the right to request access to your data that will be provided to you in the form of a so-called “register” (we will mainly state the purpose, personal data category, personal data recipient category, storage limitation, or the criteria for determining the storage limitation).

  3. The right to erasure You have the right to request that we erase your personal data from our system. Such requests will be accepted, unless we have legal authorization to not delete your personal data.

  4. The right to restrict processing You have the right to request that we restrict some aspects of the processing of your personal data. If we restrict some aspects of the processing of your personal data, it may cause restrictions when using our website.

  5. The right to data portability You have the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable form in order to transfer it to another operator.

  6. How to exercise your rights You can exercise your rights listed above for free by sending an email to gdpr@freevision.co. We might ask for a confirmation of your identity depending on your request.

8. Can I file a complaint?

  1. If you believe that your personal data is not being processed according to the corresponding law regulations concerning GDPR, you can file a complaint to the competent supervisory authority (the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic).

9. Is my data safe?

  1. We take all appropriate safety measures in order to protect you from unauthorized access, alteration, publication, or destruction of personal data that we process. These measures potentially include encryption, firewall, secured devices, and access authorization systems. In case a safety violation that will probably negatively affect your privacy occurs despite these safety measures, you will be informed as soon as possible.
